There are only 2 things I would comment on: room service breakfast was not good at all, but I take partial responsibility for the fact that it was ordered at 2:30 pm. The staff in the hotel are so nice! One young man in the Essentials gift shop (Oliver?) helped me with finding a needed teeny item in his drawer. Staff are so pleasant, rooms are beautiful, central location, what more could anyone want? We were in the palace tower and although it’s a little far from the entrance, it had great access to the pool and to the forum casino The 24 hour restaurant is exceptional (a little pricey but worth every cent, I will write a separate review).
